  • 25% of total invoice due with contract - This is a non-refundable processing fee.
  • 50% of total invoice due January 1, 2022. Exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date. A downsize fee equal to 50% of any space reduction will be charged after this date.
  • 00% of total invoice due by March 1st, 2022. Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
