- 35% of total invoice due with contract to reserve space through October 29th, 2023. Exhibitor is liable for 35% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date. A downsize fee equal to 35% of any space reduction will be charged after this date.
- 60% of total invoice due by Oct. 30th, 2023. Exhibitor is liable for 60% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date. A downsize fee equal to 60% of any space reduction will be charged after this date.
- 100% of total invoice due by January 30th, 2024. Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
