  • 35% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 60% of the total booth space fee is due by December 16th, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 60% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by February 25th, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
